Police are investigating after a 25-year-old man was stabbed in Balham on Thursday night.
Ambulance and officers were called to reports of an attack in Elmbourne Road on the edge of Tooting Bec Common at about 7.40pm.
The injured man was taken to a south London hospital where he was reported to be in a stable condition.
No arrests have been made.
Officers from the Met's specialist gang unit, the Trident and Area Crime Command, are investigating.
