Two men and a woman are due to appear in court today charged with the murder of Croydon man Howard Uriah Pennant earlier this month.
Lisa Janet Gillick, 30, of The Waldrons, South Croydon, Gary Phillipowsky, 35, of North Gardens and Christian Henry Curniffe, 29, of Woodside Gardens, Croydon, are due to face one charge each of murder and robbery in Croydon Magistrates Court.
Johney' Pennant, as he was known, died on April 7.
He was found by police suffering from head injuries in Elmwood Road close to the junction with London Road, Croydon at 5am on Good Friday, April 6.
Mr Pennant was taken to Mayday Hospital and then transferred to St George's Hospital, Tooting where he died from his injuries at around 7.10am on the Saturday morning.
