On Thursday, April 12, I stopped at the Esso garage at Shannons Corner, New Malden, and there was a lady there who had broken down on the roundabout as she had run out of petrol.
She was quite distressed and needed assistance. The garage was unable to help her as she had no money on her.
Being a kind Samaritan I helped her by paying for some petrol to get her moving again and gave her my details so she could pay me back. I have not heard from her since and realise now that I never will. I hope she is ashamed of herself.
I don't need to tell you the colour and make of the car because she knows who she is. It makes you not want to help anyone again.
Thank you.
