St John Ambulance is to hold its annual Breath of Life event on April 28, offering free life-saving training to people of all ages in Weybridge.
The half-hour first aid course covers topics such as assessing a casualty, putting them safely in the recovery position, chest compressions and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation.
It is designed to give people the skills and confidence to deal with an emergency, as the first few minutes after a casualty collapses can be vital to their chances of recovery.
The programme will be run from 10am to 2pm at Weybridge Hall in the High Street.
