Charlton have received no official enquiries for midfielders Jordan Cousins or Johann Gudmundsson.

The duo each have a year to run on their current Valley deals and have been linked at various times with moves away from The Valley.

However, that appears to be nothing more than speculation at this stage with the Addicks determined to keep hold of the pair.

The Championship side are under no pressure to cash in following the recent sale of Joe Gomez to Liverpool and the expectation is Cousins and Gudmundsson will remain in SE7.

Frederic Bulot is still on course to complete a permanent switch to Charlton from Standard Liege, although the move is not set to become official in the immediate future.

Even though Bulot is not currently an Addicks player, he is expected to travel and play in next week’s pre-season trip to Belgium.

However, the 24-year-old is highly unlikely to feature at Welling this weekend.

Boss Guy Luzon will use the annual curtain raiser with the Wings to take a look at some of the fringe members of his squad before deciding whether they stay or go.

Striker Joe Pigott remains on Southend’s radar and is likely to get a run out at Park View Road on Saturday.

Meanwhile, Charlton sources have laughed off online suggestions newly promoted Bristol City are considering a bid for defender Chris Solly.
