An office burglar who made off with almost £5,000 of equipment after twice targeting Leon House may be facing jail after pleading guilty to two counts of burglary at Croydon Magistrates Court.
Despite 24-hour security at the office block on the junction of High Street and Mason's Avenue, Gary Reilly, 40, managed to steal two laptop computers and a digital camera in separate incidents.
Despite none of the property being recovered, Reilly, of no fixed abode, was identified and arrested on March 31 and pleaded guilty to both burglaries at Croydon Magistrates Court on April 5.
He asked for another 16 non-residential burglaries to be taken into account. A date has not been set a date for sentencing yet.
