I support Sarah Clayton's criticism of the Channel 4 programme The Great Global Warming Swindle.
The derogatory comments about her letter which you published last week were, I think, unjustified.
The Royal Society, a prestigious British scientific organisation, has criticised the Channel 4 programme (royalsoc.ac.
uk/news.asp?id=6089) stating greenhouse gas emissions, particularly CO2, are responsible for most of the world temperature rise.
Those who promote fringe scientific views but ignore the weight of evidence are playing a dangerous game.
They run the risk of diverting attention from what we can do to ensure the world's population has the best possible future.
The Epsom and Ewell Energy Group is promoting local action to reduce carbon emissions to try and prevent an uncontrollable rise in the world's temperature.
The next meeting is on April 12 at 7.30pm at Epsom Town Hall. All visitors welcome.
