I have been a patient at the Merton Medical Practice for several years and wholly support everything Dr Nicola Waldman wrote in your paper on March 1.
I have always been able to make an appointment when required, been given referrals when necessary, offered regular check-ups and I am able to speak on the telephone to a doctor directly.
The receptionists are always helpful, polite and patient, as are the doctors and nurses. To my mind, their care is first class.
