When the nearby traffic lights in Brighton Road heading towards Banstead go red the traffic backs up, as does the traffic when the lights heading towards the high street turn red.
So, although there is a yellow box junction on the side going towards the high street, it is difficult to exit the junction to head towards Banstead because of backed-up traffic.
Last week, somebody was so frustrated with the situation they went up the inside of me when I was turning right and cut everybody up, leading to more frustration, I have tried complaining to the council explaining the dangers and frustrations with no joy.
What can be done to put it right?
