1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council propose to make a Traffic Order under section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Croydon (Free Parking Places) (Disabled Persons) (No.B3) Traffic Order 2007 would be to:
(a) revoke the disabled parking places outside Nos.32 and 34 Addison Road, South Norwood, (reverting back to a 'pay and display' bay),
outside No.7 Beaumont Road, Upper Norwood,
outside No.25 Belmont Road, South Norwood,
outside No.57 Dalmally Road, Croydon,
outside No.227 Davidson Road, Croydon,
outside No.87 Frant Road, Thornton Heath,
outside No.6 Gilsland Road, Thornton Heath, (reverting back to a 'pay and display' bay),
outside No.59 Lancing Road, Croydon,
outside No.55 and outside No.69 Laurel Crescent, Shirley,
outside No.237 Long Lane, Croydon,
outside No.258 Lower Addiscombe Road, Croydon,
outside No.176 Norbury Court Road, Norbury and outside No.28 Westbourne Road, Croydon;
(b) designate new parking places at which vehicles displaying a disabled persons' badge may be left without charge or time limit
outside Nos.3 and 5 Addison Road, South Norwood (converting a 'pay and display' bay),
outside No.87 Bygrove, New Addington, outside No.73 Cecil Road, Croydon,
outside the Methodist Church, Elmers Road, South Norwood (2 bays),
outside No.118 Frant Road, Thornton Heath,
outside No.105 Gonville Road, Thornton Heath,
outside Nos.46 and 48 Goston Gardens, Thornton Heath,
outside No.57 Lyndhurst Road, Thornton Heath,
outside Nos.58 and 60 Nutfield Road, Thornton Heath,
outside No.20 Oakhill Road, Norbury,
outside No.5 Westbourne Road, Croydon,
outside No.36 Woodlands Grove, Coulsdon and
outside No.23 Woodside Avenue, South Norwood.

3. A copy of the proposed Order and of all related Orders, of the Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order and of the plans which indicate each length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the last day of a period of six weeks beginning with the date on which the Order is made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Order, at the Enquiry Counter, 'One-Stop' Facility, Ground Floor, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.
