District line delays have been downgraded to "minor".
The change comes after commuters were urged to take other routes from 7.30am after severe delays caused by a signal failure at Tower Hill.
Transport for London said Underground tickets would be accepted on London buses and South West Trains by any reasonable routes at the height of the problems.
There are also minor delays on the Circle and Central lines but all others have a good service, TfL says.
