Stanwell New Start. After a somewhat shaky beginning, the Stanwell New Start programme is now in full swing. A lot of good ideas are coming forward, not least from local residents. It really looks as though we are going to have state-of-the-art community facilities.
There was, however, a lot of worry at first over the "400 houses" question, though this now seems to be sorted. Still running is the very real concern over the future of the Day Centre. As the only "local" on the Stanwell Steering Group I am keen to hear people's views. Please feel free to drop me a line.
