A rogue groper who struck twice in two days is still at large, and police are worried he may carry out more assaults.

Detectives are treating the incidents as assault and have warned women to be vigilant and report any suspicious looking characters.

The two victims described their attacker as black, 6ft, with short dark hair, of medium build, and aged around 20.

The first incident happened near Hounslow's Treaty Centre around 5pm on Saturday, February 10, when a 46-year-old woman was walking on her own towards Staines Road.

After turning right into Grove Road on the pavement she noticed the man coming towards her.

As he passed her, he grabbed her by the right buttock and then ran off turning right back into Grove Road.

The victim saw the man smirking as she looked back and was shaken, but uninjured.

The following day, on Sunday, February 11 at 10pm, a 26-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in Hospital Road, at the junction with Bath Road in Hounslow. The victim was approached by the suspect who groped her left breast.

The second victim gave a very similar description but noticed he was wearing a red and green hooded top, a brown bomber jacket, blue jeans and black shoes.

Anyone with information should contact Hounslow Police on 020 85771212 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
