A £10,000 reward is being offered by detectives investigating the murder of Sukhwinder Singh at Epsom racecourse.

Operation Isobar detectives are looking for three men from the Punjab region of India they believe know the events leading up to Mr Singh's body being found at the racecourse on January 21 last year.

Members of Mr Singh's family are currently in Surrey, on their first visit to the UK since the murder took place, helping the investigation.

Detective Chief Inspector Gary Sumner said police wanted to speak to three men - Amandeep, Rajinder and Amarinder Singh - who may have been at a party with Mr Singh ahead of his murder.

Amandeep Singh is about 5ft 9in, 32 years of age, and of medium build and is believed to have connections in Croydon, Southall, Hayes and Hounslow.

Rajinder Singh is in his mid-30s and is believed to have connections to Croydon and Kingston.

Amarinder Singh, aged 25, has connections in Thornton Heath, Norbury, Hounslow and Kingston, as well as Maidstone in Kent.

All three are believed to have attended a party at a flat in Sandfield Road, Thornton Heath, on January 20 and detectives suspect the murder might have followed an incident there.

Mr Singh's family said he left behind three daughters - aged 10, nine and four.

"As a family we cannot begin to describe the pain we have been through since the death of Sukhwinder," the family said in a statement.

"Sukhwinder was a rock for our family and he loved us all dearly.

"Sukhwinder was an amazing man and he never hurt anyone's feelings but since his death we have all been in a great deal of pain.

"We don't know why anyone would want to kill Sukhwinder and it is very difficult for us to explain to his three young daughters why they will never see their dad again."

DCI Sumner said there were a number of Asian men at the party which lasted into the early hours of Saturday, January 21.

"It is very important for us to speak to all the people who attended the party as they can all help us build a picture of what happened on the night Sukhwinder Singh was murdered," DCI Sumner said.
