Violence and gang culture will be at the top of the agenda at a conference co-hosted by Croydon Council next week.
Council leader Mike Fisher and Councillor Steve O'Connell, joint deputy leader and cabinet member for public protection and crime reduction, are due to address the Young People and Gangs Conference.
Police Borough Commander Mark Gore and Peter Wylie, the council's director for children, young people and learners, will also be present.
The event is at Jurys Inn in Wellesley Road on Monday, March 12, from 9am to 2pm.
