Two teenage girls were sexually assaulted on a tram this morning, it has been reported.
Members of the public detained the alleged assaulter at the tram stop in Dundonald Road until police arrived.
Police were called to the tram stop near Wimbledon Station just after 7.40am.
A 33-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting two girls, aged 13 and 17.
A police spokesman said he has been bailed until Friday, 13 February, pending further enquiries.
