A 30-year-old man who has been charged with burgling a care home, car showroom and garage will appear in court next month.
Dale O’Rourke of Clay Avenue, Mitcham, will appear before judges at Kingston Crown Court next month after a first appearance before magistrates yesterday.
The burglaries at Wimbledon Carriage Company in Kingston Road, Trellis House care home in Mill Road, Wimbledon, and a transport depot in Merton High Street, were alleged to have taken place on December 4 and 5 last year.
Mr O’Rourke is accused of having taken £1,200 in gift vouchers and a lap top and docking station worth £775 from the depot, a rucksack from the staff room of the care home and £40 in cash and a dress from the carriage company.
He was remanded in custody until the next hearing.
