South West Trains say all suburban lines in to London are blocked this morning after signalling problems between Wimbledon and Waterloo.
Platforms 1-4 at London Waterloo are unable to be used while engineers fix the problems.
Hampton Court services have been suspended. Trains from Waterloo to Chessington are cancelled in both directions. Dorking services have been cancelled with passengers told Southern Rail will accept their tickets.
The disruption is expected to last until 1pm.
The cancellations follow a third weekend of bus services replacing trains to and from London.
Train passengers to be delayed for next six weekends
South West Trains has posted alternative bus route information for Dorking, Epsom and Chessington, and for Hampton Court.
The news did not go down well online.

@SW_Trains I love being sat on a freezing cold red train outside waterloo on a Monday morning! Not one announcement from the guard as usual
