Children from a Kingston preparatory school threw in their computers and gadgets to put on a junkyard music class last week.

Students at Rokeby School ditched their normal classes for a day celebrating the environment during Green Day at the George Road site.
They donned green outfits, walked to school, made music with recyclable metal and ate locally sourced lunches that did not use any ovens in the making on Friday, May 16.
Budding environmentalists also went around switching lights and overhead projectors off to find the most eco-friendly class.
