The trial of a graphic designer accused of killing a man following a fight on a train will begin later today.
Rhys Stacey Parchment, 25, of New Barns Avenue, Mitcham, is charged with the manslaughter of 24-year-old Warsame Warsame, from Kingston.
He is accused of punching Mr Warsame twice in the head during a fight on a train from Wimbledon to Raynes Park on March 2, 2013.
Mr Warsame was found hours later unconscious on a different train travelling between Wimbledon and Raynes Park, and died in hospital on March 4 from an inoperable bleed on the brain.
The trail will be held at Blackfriars Crown Court in London.
