Oil paintings, watercolours and prints by Jane Atkinson are being exhibited.

Atkinson is a painter and printmaker who continues to work between her London home and studio in Kent.

The artist was born in 1927 and studied fine art at the Central School of Art and
Design.

She also attended the Waltham Forest School of Art during the 1960s and Morley College, under the tuition of Adrian Bartlett and Dorothea White.

Atkinson was later elected as a member of the Greenwich Printmakers.

Her work over the past three decades has been exhibited in the UK and internationally, including the Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions.

The artist uses shape, colour and form to express her emotions on life and
nature.

A private view is taking place on March 4, while there is the chance to meet Atkinson on March 9 from noon to 2pm.
