A packed audience enjoyed a nativity performance at Hurst Park Primary School on Thursday.
Children from year one and year two retold the Christmas story, from the angel Gabriel’s visit to the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem stable.
Through songs, dances and acting, children brought the story to life while dressed up in specially made costumes.
Lauren Pocock, the class teacher, said: “We are so proud of the fantastic performance they put on to get us all in the mood for a wonderful Christmas.”
