Two men are in hospital and another man has been arrested following a head-on crash between a taxi and a BMW in South Norwood.
The crash happened at about 6.30am today, when a black taxi and a white BMW collided in Portland Road.
Police, paramedics and fire fighters from Croydon, Woodside and Beckenham all attended.
A 22-year-old passenger in the BMW sustained a suspected broken leg, while a 65-year-old man had to be removed from his vehicle on a spinal board.
Both were taken to King's College Hospital as priorities.
A police spokesman said another man had been arrested on suspicion of dangerous driving and drink driving, and remains in custody.
