This letter may seem heartless but I feel I must say something.
Every day I get two, even three, letters from charities asking for money. I am inundated with address labels (I can't possibly use them all) and have received a lot of Christmas cards and calendars, a lot of which I won't use.
I used to succumb to this type of blackmail (a harsh word you think) but I am now at the end of my tether and except for the two I always gave to, I will not be giving to anyone else.
Why don't they target all the millionaires and leave us pensioners in peace?
