I have attached pictures of my road Mellows Road in Wallington. I come home and find plastic bags strewn all over the footpaths in my road. These bags are the green waste bags for collection by Sutton Council.

When they collect the waste they just throw the bags onto the pavement.  Is this not littering or fly tipping?

These bags are dangerous for pets and wildlife. They are a trip hazard for disabled and elderly and also they make the road look like a slum.

I have complained to the council and not had a response.  I have complained to councillors and not had a response.
What next ?
