Five people including four young children have escaped a fire in New Addington.
The London Fire Brigade (LFB) were called at 8.45am to a fire at a semi-detached house in Gascoigne Road, New Addington.
One adult and four children had escaped the fire before the fire brigade arrived.
They were all treated for smoke inhalation by the London Ambulance Service.
An LFB spokeswoman said the fire is now out but crews are still at the scene. Part of the first floor was damaged by the fire.
The 314 bus route was delayed but it is now running normally again according to Transport for London.
