Tayanna Green was last seen by her parents on Monday
Police appealing for help in finding a missing schoolgirl say she has been found safe and well.
Officers were asking for information about the whereabouts of Tayanna Green, who was reported missing from SW16 on Monday.
The 13-year-old was found yesterday evening in the SE27 area.
