Found: Jane Weir has been found safe and well
A woman missing from her residential care home has been found safe and well.
Police had been appealing for information to help find 41-year-old Jane Weir who had disappeared from her Birdhurst Rise home on Saturday.
But officers said today that she had been found in the Belgravia area
