An army of sumo wrestlers are set to descend on Battersea Park this weekend for a charity run.
The 5km 'sumo run' will see hundreds dressed in giant inflatable sumo suits run, walk or wobble around the course tomorrow.
A host of activities will be available to keep spectators and supporters entertained including the ‘sumonut-shy’ (with coconuts painted to look like Sumos), sumo face painting, a fancy dress competition and a medal for every participant.
All funds raised go towards Link Community Development - a charity that works to improve the quality of education for children in sub-Saharan Africa.
To enter the race, participants simply register online at www.sumorun.com and choose the package which suits their needs.
