A man has been awarded an MBE for his services to people with hearing impairments.
Marwood Thomas Braund, the chief executive of Hearing Concern has received an Member of the Order of the British Empire (MBE) from The Queen.
Mr Braund, from Sutton, has received the honour for his services to people with hearing Impairments and has tirelessly camapigned for better facilities for deaf people in the area.
