Police are still searching for a man who fled the scene of a fatal crash in South Croydon on Sunday.
Kevin Jenkins, 55, of Sylvan Close, Selsdon, died after his motorbike collided with a 4x4 in St Peter's Road.
A post-mortem examination on Monday established his death was the result of multiple injuries.
Two men fled from the 4x4, a black Volkswagon Toureg, after the crash, at the junction with Dean Road at 1.45pm.
One of them, a 47-year-old, was arrested later on Sunday at a nearby address. He was bailed on July 22.
Police have appealed for help in tracing the second man.
Detective Sergeant Clay O'Neil, from the Metropolitan Police Road Death Investigation Unit, said: "Initial witness statements have helped piece together the events immediately after the collision.
"We know two men were seen running away from the VW Toureg - if you saw them flee then please call."
Witnesses can call the Metropolitan Police on 020 8285 1574 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
