A lorry collided with a car and railway bridge near Epsom town centre this morning.
The crash happened at 9.25am in Hook Road and road closures were put in place in the immediate area.
Trains faced disruption and rail users were advised to check their journey before travelling.
No injuries have been reported and police went down to the scene as Network Rail assess the bridge.
Janet Burgess said: "There's a big lorry with a trailer and it looks like it's gone under the bridge but got trapped.
"The traffic is horrendous."
