The London Air Ambulance rushed to Sutton this afternoon to help treat a man for head injuries.
The Ambulance Service said they were called to reports of a person with head injuries on Mulgrave Road, near the town centre.
A spokesman earlier said: "We were called just after 4pm to reports of a fall. Staff are still at the scene treating one male patient for head injuries."
Initial reports suggest an elderly man has fallen off a wall.
