A country fair helped to raise more than £7,000 for a hospice.
Trinity Hospice, in Clapham Common North Side, Clapham, invited city dwellers to experience a slice of the country in the grounds of the hospice last month.
More than 800 people attended to show their support, with enough money raised to fund a community nurse for five weeks.
Guests tried their hand at archery, with a petting farm on offer for children.
They were also served Pimms and a hog roast, while Morris Dancers provided entertainment.
Aisha Nahmmacher, event organiser, said: "It was great to see local people come together to support their local hospice and learn more about our vital work in the community.
"All of the money raised on the day will help us to reach our £7m annual target so that we can continue to provide expert end of life care free of charge to over 2,000 terminally ill Londoners and their families each year."
