A woman in her 30s has been charged with drink driving in a car park on Tuesday.
Taryn Joanne Downs, 38, from Mitcham, was arrested after the incident in Waterloo Road, Epsom, at about 3.30pm.
Ms Downs, from Sadler Close, will appear at South East Surrey Magistrates Court on June 12.
Epsom and Ewell Neighbourhood Inspector Craig Knight said they were called to reports of a traffic accident but it turned out to be more complex.
It is believed that there was a minor collision in the car park but nobody was hurt.
