An amateur snapper will see his work in on the pages of a top magazine after he won a photography contest.
Sutton man Glenn Gowan's black and white shot of a tree by Loch Lomond in Scotland was chosen as a winner in scotch distiller The Glenlivet's competition to take photos of areas of natural beauty in the UK.
Mr Gowan's picture will now go on display in a London gallery and is set to appear on the pages of Country Life Magazine.
Speaking about his picture, Mr Gowan said: "On my first visit to Scotland I was amazed by the sheer beauty of the landscape.
"I spotted this tree whilst walking around Loch Lomond and was captivated by its size, shape and character.
"It had obviously been there for hundreds of years and will hopefully be there for a hundreds more."
Phil Huckle, brand ambassador for The Glenlivet, presented Mr Gowan (right) with a plaque earlier this month.
