The Drifters are back on tour in the UK for their 60th anniversary and are stopping off in Croydon.

The Prism Music Group, who are running tour, are coming to Fairfield Halls on Saturday June 8.

The Diamond Dynasty Tour features Pierre Herelle, Michael Williams, Ryan King and Carlton Powell as the main line up.

Now in their 60th year, The Drifters have seen massive chart success on both sides of the Atlantic and across the world, with over 114 million album sales and 214 million singles sales and a vast catalogue of hits.

The concert celebrates the band’s hits over the last 60 years. The current recording line up of The Drifters will perform the group’s greatest hits and new material recorded by them from album releases 2009 Five Decades and Moore and 2011 Up on the Roof the greatest hits album.

The show will feature hits such as Under the Boardwalk, Saturday Night at the Movies, Up on the Roof, Kissin in the Back Row, Come on Over To My Place, My Little Red Book and many more.
