Hampton Court Road is shut after an accident this afternoon.
The A308 Hampton Court Road is blocked in both directions after the crash between the A309 Hampton Court Way and Church Street in Hampton.
A spokesman from London Ambulance Service said they treated two patients after they were called to the scene, near Taggs Island at 3.30pm.
One woman, believed to be in her 30s, had no injuries but felt unwell and was taken to St Georges Hospital. The second patient was taken to Kingston Hospital.
Police are directing traffic but long queues are being reported on all approaches, especially on Hampton Court Way northbound.
Drivers face severe delays and tailbacks are being reported as far back as the Bentall Centre in Kingston.
