Residents planning a neighbourhood knees-up during next month's Big Lunch event have until May 20 to submit an application.
Croydon Council has extended the deadline for street party plans ahead of the nationwide event on June 2, which is intended to bring together communities.
Those throwing a bash need to say where and when it is taking places and what facilities will be on offer.
Parties can be registered at www.croydon.gov.uk/biglunch or call 020 8726 6000.
Organisers of parties not on public land can choose to register them by emailing parties@croydon.gov.uk to help the council build an archive of what happened in Croydon during this year's Big Lunch.
