Borough in Bloom poster design competition winners have been awarded certificates for their beautiful artwork.
The winners were given their certificates by Richmond mayor Councillor Rita Palmer on April 30, at York House.
Winners included: Teagan Williams, 14, Mercy Fraser , 11, Katy Upton, 6, Thea Ratnayake, 4, Arifa Abu, 4, Alexandra Fiszer , 5, Kate Duncan, 13, May Curtis, 13, Millie Theobald, 11, Tanya Ferguson, 11, Erica Polley, 5, and Abigail Knight, 3.
