More than 100 people took part in an interactive story walk through suburbs.
The walk was organised by volunteers for Sprout Arts and went through the streets of Furzedown to Tooting Bec Common.
Participants heard a story about a jigsaw horse, while meeting characters, sounds and pop-up experiences on the way.
The event preceded an Arts and Happiness Creative week which took place at the Sprout Arts community building, in Moyser Road, Furzedown.
Children were invited to join in by making their own masks and costumes, worn during the promenade.
The walk ended with a picnic and piñata for children to celebrate.
