The premiere of a new Croydon music video took place at Matthews yard last night.
The video, called Walking in Croydon, is a parody of the famous Walking in Memphis and takes a tour of some of the town’s famous sites.
It was produced by the team behind Limbo, a film currently in development. It is a dark, romantic comedy set in Purgatory, which just so happens to look like Croydon.
Those who attended were shown the music video and a 12 minute film teaser where they were introduced to the main character, Luke.
The group are running a crowd funding campaign to raise money for the project. People can donate by visiting sponsume.com/project/limbo.
