Two derelict garages were burnt out in an arson attack last night.
The garages behind Darley Close, Croydon, caught fire after a pile of rubbish was deliberately set alight.
A Woodside fire fighter said: "Everybody sees these garages filled up with rubbish and they don't do anything about it. It's a serious fire hazard and a health hazard. If you see fly-tipped rubbish, report it to the council."
Fire fighters from Woodside and Beckenham attended after they were called at approximately 11.45pm on April 6.
