A 20-year-old man has pleaded guilty to leaving a trail of criminal damage across two towns including desecrating a war memorial.
Felix Jake Ray, of First Avenue in Epsom, pleaded guilty to causing criminal damage, at South East Surrey Magistrates’ Court on Monday, after spraying 38 graffiti tags across Ashtead and Epsom in one night, causing more than £1,600 worth of damage.
The incident took place during the early hours of Sunday, September 23, and one of the targets was the war memorial in Ashtead.
He is due to be sentenced on February 14.
