The Duchess of Cambridge has accepted an honorary membership title at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
Katherine, who is known to be a keen tennis fan and has attended previous Wimbledon Championships, was said to be ‘pleased to accept’ her honorary title at the historic club.
Membership to the club carries with it the right to purchase two tickets for each day of the Wimbledon Championships.
The Duchess, who is expecting the arrival of her baby in July, is not expected to be able to attend this year’s championship.
However should the heavily pregnant Duchess attend a spokesman for the club said they would make "suitable preparations" given her condition.
