Oceana will begin its legal battle to win its licence back this month.
Lawyers for Oceana and Kingston Council will meet for a pre-hearing at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Monday, January 28.
The meeting will decide when to list an appeal against the council's decision to revoke Oceana’s licence following a fatal stabbing at the venue.
Councillors on the licensing panel voted to close the superclub after hearing it had the highest number of crimes of any London club.
But the club later said that police evidence of security flaws which allowed a knife to be smuggled in was wrong.
The club has remained open long beyond the December 11 closure date after its owners, Luminar Leisure, appealed.
Jamie Sanderson, 20, died from a single knife wound inflicted inside the Clarence Street venue on October 25.
Four people have been charged with his murder.
Ashley Milne, 22, and Brandon Francis, 19, both of Peckham, Benjamin Onwuma, 20, of Walworth, and Levan Greenfield, 22, will stand trial in June.
