Clarence Street was closed this afternoon after a pedestrian was hit by a car.
Police were called at 2.29pm today to a collision in the Kingston street, after a white Renault Clio hit a pedestrian.
The man, estimated by police to be aged around 30, sustained leg injuries and was taken to Kingston Hospital at 2.49pm to be checked over, a spokesman for Kingston police said.
The road was closed for around 20 minutes.
A spokesman from London Ambulance said its staff had treated a patient for leg injuries and took him to Kingston Hospital.
