A man has been charged with the murder of his wife.
Bulent Sessacar, 28, has been charged with the murder of Rebecca Sessacar, 25, at their home in Duppas Hill Terrace, Croydon.
Mrs Sessacar, a trainee teaching assistant who worked at Asda in Beddington, was stabbed to death on December 20.
Mr Sessacar has also been charged with the ABH of a six-year-old girl.
The couple's six year-old daughter was taken into foster care when she was discovered along with her fatally wounded mother at the family home by police and London Ambulance Service.
Mr Sessacar appeared at Camberwell Green Magistrates' Court today.
