Fallen scaffolding blocks Kingston A3 bypass
Two lanes are closed and traffic is queuing due to an accident involving scaffolding in the road and a fuel spillage on the A3 northbound at the Malden Junction.
The accident has caused congestion on the A3 back to the Tolworth Junction.
The A3 was closed for a short time just before 1pm due to fallen scaffolding which caused two accidents.
One lane of the A3 is now open.
