Dominic Head, 13, helped raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity
A hospital patient was given the chance to launch a new book with a celebrity chef last week.
Dominic Head, 13, of Sanderstead, helped raise funds for Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity by launching the new ASK Italian cookbook with celebrity chef Theo Randall.
Dominic was selected as one of three lucky patients from Great Ormond Street Hospital to take part in a pizza-making class with the renowned Italian chef.
The patients got to learn about fresh, seasonal ingredients, and the Italian craft of authentic pizza-making.
The ASK Italian Cookbook can be purchased from ASK Italian restaurants for £10. £4 from each sale will go to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity.
